How to exchangeEmail info@buildersofthesouth.com or call (504) 329-7937 within 14 days of delivery with your order email and the item. We will send exchange instructions. Please do not ship an item back before we confirm the exchange.

ConditionThe item must be in its original package, unopened and unused, with every part included. Items that have been opened, used or modified cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or wrong itemIf something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you.

If we cannot complete an exchangeIf the item you want is not available, we will contact you to choose a different item.

Return shippingFor exchanges, the customer pays the shipping to send the item back to us.

FinancingOrders paid with Affirm or Klarna follow the same exchange policy.

CancellationsTo cancel an order, contact us before it ships and we will cancel it and return your payment in full.
